Session 1: The Five Principles that Guide Empowerment Coaching – Friday, Feb. 7, 9:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
Note that we will skip a week before the next session.
Session 2: Helping Someone Establish a Coaching Focus – Friday, Feb. 21, 9:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
Session 3: The Mindset of a Coach & and Asking Open-Ended Questions – Friday, Feb. 28, 9:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. .
Session 4: Reflective Listening – Friday, March 7, 9:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
Session 5: Forming an Empowerment Coaching Alliance – Friday, March 14, 9:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
Session 6: Setting IMR Goals – Friday, March 21, 9:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
Beginning with session 7 we will begin with the 90-min. core teaching and after a short break, conclude with a 1-hr. Coaching Practicum.

Coaching Log - 40 hours with at least 5 clients. Due by Dec. 31, 2025
Students will also be assigned a Mentor Coach, who will schedule 6, 1 hr., one-on-one coaching sessions with each student. Schedules will be coordinated between students and Mentor Coach and those sessions will begin after week 12.
