Note that Sessions 1-6 will be held on Fridays from 9:00 a. m. – 12:00 p.m. EST. Beginning with Session 7, a one-hour Coaching Practicum will follow the session at 10:30 a.m. and will conclude at 12:00 noon EST.

Sessions 3-4: The Mindset of a Coach & and Asking Open-Ended Questions; Reflective Listening – Friday, Sept. 12, 9:00 - 12:00 a.m. EST.
Sessions 5-6: Forming an Empowerment Coaching Alliance; Setting IMR Goals – Friday, Sept. 19, 9:00 - 12:00 a.m. EST.
Beginning with session 7, our sessions will include the core content and a 1 hour coaching practicum.

Coaching Log - 40 hours with at least 5 clients. Due by June 1, 2026
Students will also be assigned a Mentor Coach, who will schedule 6, 1 hr., one-on-one coaching sessions with each student. Schedules will be coordinated between student and Mentor Coach.
